We agree delivery, storage, equipment and distribution requirements before the campaign.

Documentation and reporting

We agree how to record distribution, capture photos and report observations from the activation.

When does product sampling make sense?

Sampling lets people experience a product before committing to a purchase. It is especially useful when taste, scent, texture or ease of use needs more than a description. A campaign can support a product launch, a new retail listing or a seasonal promotion. We start with the intended audience and the action you want them to take after receiving a sample.

A sealed cosmetic sample and a freshly served coffee require different plans. We agree the distribution format, staff message, packaging and supporting materials. Products prepared for immediate consumption may be better suited to our in-store tasting service.

Choosing locations in Poland

A retail location connects trial with a possible purchase. An event brings together people with a shared interest, while street sampling can reach consumers in their daily routine. Footfall matters alongside audience fit, time of day and whether people have time to engage. We confirm the proposed locations and staffing against the actual dates.

Planning covers access to the space, product delivery, storage and the return of unused stock. Multi-location campaigns need stock allocation and a shared team brief. We agree which arrangements are handled by your brand, the retailer and IQ Promotions.

What determines the sampling budget?

The quote depends on locations, operating days, staff hours and sample quantities. Transport, equipment, branding and preparation requirements affect the scope too. Please tell us whether your brand supplies ready-to-distribute samples and campaign materials or needs support arranging them.

Product dimensions and storage requirements are useful at the quotation stage. We also define responsibility for delivery, replenishment and stock reconciliation. This gives your team a proposal tied to the actual campaign requirements.

Reporting beyond sample volume

We agree metrics before launch: distributed samples, completed staff hours, consumer questions or promotional code use. Photographs and field observations help explain how the campaign worked in each location. Teams need a consistent counting method when results will be compared.

Distribution figures alone do not establish incremental sales. Measuring that requires retailer data, a comparison period and a measurement plan. Our Tchibo project provides an example of coffee sampling delivered as a mobile brand experience.

Practical details

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Can we start with a pilot?

Yes. We can scope a pilot in selected locations before planning a wider rollout. Team availability and coverage are confirmed with the quotation.

What affects the cost?

Campaign days, locations, staffing, distribution format, transport, equipment and possible venue fees. Let us know who will supply the samples.

How do you measure results?

We can report distribution, interactions or redeemed coupons, depending on the agreed scope. Measuring incremental sales needs additional data and a measurement plan.
